Skaters, this one’s for you! This How-To will show you how to use your custom practice sheet.

On Mobile

These instructions are for using your practice sheet with your phone or iPad app.  If you plan to use a printed practice sheet instead of digital, you’ll want to follow the web app instructions first, and then come back here to follow Step 5 to update your printed practice sheet on your phone or iPad.

1. After logging in, tap Profile in the bottom right corner.

2. Tap View Practice Sheet

3.  Now you’re in your Notes, Practice Sheet, and Progress portal, viewing your Practice Sheet (underlined in pink). Here you can see the skills your coach has assigned you, how many repetitions you’ve practiced, and how many your coach wants you to practice. There is no set time frame for completing your practice sheet. Some coaches will design them to be completed in a day, but most coaches will set the repetitions to be completed in a week, or even two weeks or longer. Next to each skill name, you’ll see a Play button. Click the Play button to see a quick demo video of that skill!

4. Practice Practice Practice!

Enter Edit Mode by tapping the pencil in the lower right corner. This will make a minus (-) and plus (+) appear next to your reps for each skill. We’ll use Backward Outside 3-Turns  for this tutorial. Your screen will look something like this.

We recommend practicing each skill at least a few times before updating your practice sheet. So for 3-Turns, we would do about 3-5 on each foot.

5. Update Practice Sheet

When you’re ready to update your reps on your practice sheet, tap the + to the right of your reps. We’re gonna say we did 6 Backward Outside 3-Turns on each foot, so we’ll tap the + 6 times for R and then Left. Then tap Update.

Now our sheet looks like this:

6. Celebrate Your Success! When you update your practice sheet your progress spinner will update on your profile page. Wooho!
